Shaun Moore is the Co-Founder and CEO of TERN, where he leads the development of resilient positioning systems for defense, critical infrastructure, and mobility operations in highly constrained environments. In his second decade of service, Phil commanded multinational teams on high-risk global missions, earning several commendations for leadership under pressure. A multiple patent holder, valedictorian and Master Training Specialist, he combines deep operational insight with a passion for exploration, on a mission to build resilient, real-world navigation systems that reduce risk and improve lives.
Manuel is is a senior engineering executive with more than 15 years of experience developing high-performance, mission-critical systems across AI, distributed infrastructure, and cybersecurity. He has built and led engineering teams through the full product lifecycle, from early design to deployment and operations, delivering scalable platforms that serve millions of users. At Trueface, he drove the technical and product roadmap as VP of Engineering, guiding the company to deliver NIST-verified fastest facial recognition systems and through its successful acquisition by Pangiam.
